About the application
In celebration of AAPI Month this June 6, 2026, we are proud to present our annual Suwanee Asian Festival—a vibrant, one-day, family-friendly event featuring cultural performances, incredible food, and entertainment for all!
This application is for performers only.
If you or your group is interested in showcasing an Asian cultural performance, we warmly invite you to apply by May 9, 2026. We are looking for dynamic, engaging performances that highlight the beauty, diversity, and richness of Asian cultures.
Please read all information carefully and follow every instruction when completing and submitting your application. Do not leave any section blank or assume we already have your information on file. We strongly encourage performers to submit completed applications as soon as possible—performance slots are limited and will fill quickly!
Event Details
Date: Saturday, June 6, 2026
Event Time: 12pm-8pm
Arrival Time: Please arrive 1 hour prior to your scheduled performance time to allow for parking and check-in.
Music Submission:
Please email your music to performers@suwaneeasianfestival.com and include your name or group’s name in the subject line.
DEADLINE: MAY 27, 2026
Parking: FREE
Application Process
Submit the completed application form.
Approval notifications will be sent to the email address listed in your application by May 9, 2026

Mandatory Performer Orientation: All approved performers must attend one training session on May 27, 2026 @8pm (offered via GoogleMeet).
