Alt-Pride 2026 — Vendor Application
Hosted by QueerolinaxNasty Queer at Durty Bull.

We are excited to invite queer artists, makers, and small businesses to apply to vend at Alt-Pride 2026, taking place on June 20th at Durty Bull.

This is an 18+ evening Pride event tied in with our monthly Strut, Slut show—North Carolina’s sluttiest drag and burlesque competition.

Alt-Pride is a high-energy, alternative Pride celebration rooted in queer nightlife, subculture, and community care. This is not a traditional daytime market. We are intentionally curating vendors whose work leans alternative, punk, DIY, bold, or subversive, and who feel at home vending alongside drag, burlesque, and a late-night dance party.

Important Notes
-Vendor fee is $80

-Vendor fees are non-refundable.

-The first round of applications will be gone through Feb 27th. All information will be sent at that time.
-This event will take place rain or shine.
-This is an 18+ event with adult-themed drag, burlesque, and nightlife elements.
-By applying, vendors agree to follow all event Terms & ---Conditions and venue rules.
-Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. This is a curated market with limited space.

About the event

Turn the Page: A Day of Community A Juneteenth Celebration + Alt-Pride After Dark Turn the Page is a full-day, full-spectrum celebration of freedom, legacy, resistance, and queer joy — hosted by Cult Your Nights and Nasty Queer at Durty Bull. This is a completely free, community-powered event uplifting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ creatives through art, performance, and collective celebration. 🌞 Daytime Celebration (10 AM – 5 PM) The day begins with a family-friendly Juneteenth gathering rooted in remembrance, resilience, and community care. From 10 AM – 5 PM, enjoy: • A curated vendor market featuring BIPOC artists, makers, and small businesses • Handmade goods, art, apparel, prints, cultural items, and more • Outdoor activities throughout the day • Family-friendly programming from 10 AM – 2 PM • Burlesque in the Barrel Room from 3 PM – 5 PM This portion of the event centers honoring the past, celebrating the present, and planting roots for the future. 🎶 The In-Between (5 PM – 7 PM) As the sun sets, music carries us from reflection into release. Stick around, grab food or a drink, and let the energy build. 🌙 Alt-Pride After Dark (7 PM – 2 AM) When night falls, Roots & Resistance transforms into Alt-Pride, Nasty Queer’s after-dark Pride celebration. From 7 PM – 2 AM, expect: • A high-energy queer vendor market continuing into the evening • Drag, burlesque, and bold performances • Strut, Slut: North Carolina’s sluttiest drag and burlesque competition • A late-night DJ dance party This is Pride unfiltered, loud, expressive, sweaty, and unapologetically community-driven. Throughout the entire day and night, vendors will be set up, creating space to shop intentionally and support BIPOC and queer creatives directly. Roots & Resistance is about honoring where we come from and celebrating who we are becoming. Come for the community. Stay for the joy. Support the creatives. Take up space. This is ours.
