About the application

We are currently accepting applications for business vendors at the City of Suwanee's Jolly Holly Day.

 

Please note that market vendors are limited to crafters (candles, jewelry, cooking items, purses, bags, ornaments, etc.) who wish to sell for the upcoming holidays. We do NOT accept commercial businesses that wish to come to the park and promote their services. Please see the "Business Vendors" application.

 

A few notes about the event:

  • This application is JUST grass space at the event.
  • Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs. You MUST bring your own extension cord!
  • Load-in for vendors will be approximately 4PM.
  • Market hours are 6PM until 9:30PM.

About the event

Ring in the holiday season with festive performances by local schools, help us light the big tree, and get a photo with Santa himself! This is a ONE-day event. Enjoy free crafts, food trucks, and vendors!

Terms & Conditions

The City of Suwanee a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives, thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.

Prices

Market Booth $75.00 Non-refundable Booth space to sell items that are made or grown. Booths will be juried to avoid duplication. Vendors must provide their own tent, table, LIGHTING, and chairs. The fee is per 10-foot by 10-foot space. Set up will be between 4 and 5:30PM. Market time is 6:00 to 9:30 pm.
Application Fee $15.00 Non-refundable This application fee is for any business that wishes to be considered for Jolly Holly Day. Submission of an application does NOT guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be notified promptly of acceptance.
