About the application

We are currently accepting applications for non-profit vendors at the City of Suwanee's Jolly Holly Day.

 

Please note that this application is limited to 501(c)3 non-profits that wish to come to the park and promote their organization. Groups that register as a non-profit are prohibited from selling food not prepared in a commercial kitchen inspected by a health department. NO cottage license businesses will be approved.

About the event

Ring in the holiday season with festive performances by local schools, help us light the big tree, and get a photo with Santa himself! This is a ONE-day event. Enjoy free crafts, food trucks, and vendors!

Terms & Conditions

The City of Suwanee a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives, thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.

Prices

Non-Profit Booth $75.00 Non-refundable This fee is for a 501(c)3 group to participate in the event. Groups who register as a non-profit may NOT sell food that is NOT prepared in a commercial kitchen inspected by a health department. NO cottage license businesses will be approved.
Application Fee $25.00 Non-refundable This application fee is for any non-profit that wishes to be considered for Jolly Holly Day. Submission of an application does NOT guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be notified promptly of acceptance.
