Welcome to The Huntington Flea!
This application is for general vendors (NO FOOD). If you are interested in vending at our market please fill out this application.

This is an electronic agreement and by submitting it, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT: You will ONLY be charged once your application is ACCEPTED for your selected vending date(s).
NO REFUNDS: There are no refunds/ date transfers.
YOUR SPOT: You may select either a single (10'x10') space or a double (10'x20') space. No additional vending materials will be provided. Vendors must have a 10x10 canopy tent with weights. All vendor materials (tents, racks, tables, etc.) must stay within the provided area.
SPOT REQUESTS: You may request your preferred spot on the map. Spot requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis. All requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.
SET UP: Setup will be from 8am - 10am. Vendors must be fully ready by market open at 10am. All vehicles must be off the lot by 9:30am. We recommend giving yourself at least 1 hour to set up.
BREAKDOWN: You may begin breaking down your booth at market close (5pm). Special permission for early breakdown may be granted by flea staff. All vehicles must be off the lot by 6:30PM.
Submitting this application means you agree to these terms and conditions and will be charged once approved.
