About the application

We are currently accepting applications for business vendors at the City of Suwanee's Dinner and a BOOvie.

 

Please note that vendors are limited to businesses that wish to come to the park and promote their business. We do NOT accept vendors who wish to sell trinkets, handmade items, etc.

 

A few notes about the event:

  • Businesses will be asked to be set up by 5PM to participate in trick or treating in the park before the movies begin.
  • Vendors are asked to provide their own candy, a game, or a small prize for trick-or-treaters who come to the park early for the movie night.
  • Load-in for vendors will be approximately 4PM. The first movie starts at 7PM.
  • Vendors may leave after the second movie starts.

About the event

Join us for Halloween fun on Saturday, October 24. We will host a double feature movie with the first movie starting at 7 pm will be kid-friendly and Halloween themed. The second movie will start around 8:30 pm and cater to young teens and adults (usually a PG-13 rated movie). Businesses are welcome to set up tents and give out prizes, candy or treats to trick-or-treaters before the movie starts. Fun and games start at 5:00 pm. Businesses must provide their own giveaways! We are looking for a few food vendors to sell during the trick-or-treating time and prior to the movie starting.

The City of Suwanee a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives, thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.

Prices

Business Booth $150.00 Non-refundable Commercial businesses that provide their own tent, table, and chairs. The fee is per 10-foot by 10-foot space.
Application Fee $25.00 Non-refundable This application fee is for any business that wishes to be considered for Dinner and a BOOvie. Submission of an application does NOT guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be notified promptly of acceptance.
