About the application

We are currently accepting applications for non-profit vendors at Suwanee-oke: Live Band Karaoke.

 

Please note that this application is limited to 501(c)3 non-profits that wish to come to the park and promote their organization. Groups who register as a non-profit may NOT sell food not prepared in a commercial kitchen inspected by a health department. NO cottage license businesses will be approved.

Ready to take the stage, Suwanee? Suwanee-oke: Live Band Karaoke returns to Town Center on Saturday, August 22 at 6 PM! This isn’t your average karaoke night—you’ll be the lead singer, backed by a real live band! No pre-recorded tracks—just you, the mic, and the energy of a full band bringing your favorite songs to life. Whether you're a rockstar in the making or just want to belt out a classic with friends, this is your chance to shine.

The City of Suwanee a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives, thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.

Prices

Non-Profit Booth $75.00 Non-refundable This fee is for a 501(c)3 group to participate in the event. Groups who register as a non-profit may NOT sell food that is NOT prepared in a commercial kitchen inspected by a health department. NO cottage license businesses will be approved.
Application Fee $25.00 Non-refundable This application fee is for any non-profit that wishes to be considered for Suwanee-oke: Live Band Karaoke. Submission of an application does NOT guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be notified promptly of acceptance.
