About the application

We are currently accepting applications for non-profit vendors at the City of Suwanee's August Concert.

 

Please note that this application is limited to 501(c)3 non-profits that wish to come to the park and promote their organization. Groups who register as a non-profit may NOT sell food not prepared in a commercial kitchen inspected by a health department. NO cottage license businesses will be approved.

 

This application is JUST grass space at the event. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs. Looking for a little more? Sponsorships are also available and may include banner placement(s) at the stage, reserved seating, logo placement, tents, tables, chairs, and other perks.

About the event

Come jam with us on August 8 for our annual August Concert. We will have a great celebration featuring an opening act and a headliner. Best of all, there is NO CHARGE for tickets!

The City of Suwanee a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives, thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.

Prices

Non-Profit Booth $75.00 Non-refundable This fee is for a 501(c)3 group to participate in the event. Groups who register as a non-profit may NOT sell food that is NOT prepared in a commercial kitchen inspected by a health department. NO cottage license businesses will be approved.
Application Fee $25.00 Non-refundable This application fee is for any non-profit that wishes to be considered for Suwanee's August Concert. Submission of an application does NOT guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be notified promptly of acceptance.
