About the event

Vendor Market is a family-friendly community event at Holly Hill Mall featuring a delicious food truck, unique vendors, handmade crafts, local nonprofits, kid-friendly businesses, and small local companies. Enjoy fun for all ages with a bounce house, yard games, soft axe throwing, fresh-squeezed lemonade, cotton candy, popcorn, and snow cones. Admission and parking are free, so bring the whole family out for an afternoon of shopping, food, and fun!

Terms & Conditions

WELCOME TO SHOP AND STROLL MARKETS

We’re excited that you’re considering joining Shop and Stroll Markets — a curated indoor marketplace designed to spotlight talented artisans, makers, and small businesses.

 

Our events are thoughtfully organized to create an inviting shopping experience for customers while giving vendors a professional, supportive platform to showcase their work. We are passionate about promoting handmade, creative, and locally owned businesses — and we are committed to maintaining the integrity and quality of our markets.

 

Each event features a carefully selected group of vendors to ensure variety, professionalism, and an enjoyable shopping atmosphere for our community.

 

Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your application.

 
SHOP AND STROLL MARKETS
VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all events organized by Shop and Stroll Markets (“Organizer”). By submitting an application and payment, the Vendor agrees to the following:

 

APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• Vendors are selected based on product category, quality, presentation, professionalism, and event needs.


• Shop and Stroll Markets reserves the right to limit vendor categories to ensure product diversity.


• The Organizer reserves the right to deny or remove any vendor that does not meet event standards or professional expectations.

 

PRODUCT STANDARDS
Shop and Stroll Markets is promoted as a craft marketplace.

The following are strictly prohibited:
• Resale or wholesale items
• Mass-produced goods
• Imported manufactured products
• Kits or buy/sell merchandise
• Counterfeit or bootleg merchandise
• Trademarked items (including Disney or other protected brands)
• AI-generated artwork or content

Violation of these policies will result in immediate removal without refund.

 

VENDOR PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS
Accepted vendors agree to promote and share event marketing materials through their social media channels.

Vendors must provide digital photographs of their products and booth setup for promotional use.

By participating, vendors grant Shop and Stroll Markets permission to use their business name, logo, and images for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

 

BOOTH SPACE & SETUP
• Booth assignments are provided at check-in.
• Vendors must remain within their designated space boundaries.
• No booth sharing or splitting is permitted.
• Displays must remain inside booth limits and may not extend into aisles.
• Aisles must remain clear at all times.
• Vendors must bring their own table, floor-length tablecloth, chair, and business signage.

Electricity and Wi-Fi are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

 

EVENT SCHEDULE
• Setup begins at  10:00 AM
• Event hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Breakdown: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Vendors must remain set up and staffed for the entire event unless express permission is granted by the Organizer.

Late arrival without prior approval may result in forfeiture of booth space and fees

.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds or credits will be issued for:
• Weather
• Vendor cancellation
• Low attendance
• Sales performance
• Changes to event hours, layout, or schedule
• Venue-related adjustments or closures

 

CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By submitting payment, Vendor agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.

Any vendor who initiates a chargeback will be permanently banned from future Shop and Stroll Markets events. All disputes will be formally defended using signed agreements and documented communication.

 

LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Vendor assumes full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss related to participation in the event.

Shop and Stroll Markets, its owners, staff, volunteers, and venue partners shall not be liable for any damages or losses.

Vendors are responsible for obtaining their own liability insurance coverage.

 

CONDUCT & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.

Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with the Organizer's instructions may result in removal without refund.

 

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including obtaining necessary permits and fulfilling tax obligations.

 

FORCE MAJEURE
Shop and Stroll Markets shall not be held liable for cancellations or modifications due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government mandates, or venue closures.

 

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

AGREEMENT
By submitting an application and payment, Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • This is a curated market. Vendors must only bring the items listed on their application. Bringing unapproved items may result in the removal of those items or removal from the event. Sign to agree.
  • Is this a Direct Marketing or Multi-Level Marketing company? (Examples: Norwex, Mia Bella Candles, Bloom Permanent Jewelry, Mary Kay, Permanent Jewelry, C olorstreet, Tupperware, Scentsy etc.)
  • Please agree to the weather policy and note we do not refund.
  • Do you agree to stay the duration of the event as required?
  • Do you understand we have a no refund, no credit, no tranfer policy?
  • I have read this document in its entirety, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue.
  • I understand that I am responsible for all set up materials. I understand that I am responsible for taking my own payment, paying sales tax to the state, and monitoring my booth for shoplifting.
  • I certify that I have 26 pounds per leg bagged tent weights per corner of my tent. MUST NOT BE DISC and mMust be gravel or sand filled.
  • Write a short Exhibitor Bio (for the public). We use these for vendor highlights and will copy and paste.
  • Will you be using a generator at your booth? There is no electricity available.
