About the Application
Welcome to Berks Pride Fest, hosted by Reading Pride Celebration.
Since 2006, Berks Pride Fest has grown into one of the region’s largest LGBTQ+ Pride celebrations. Vendors and participants play a vital role in creating a welcoming, engaging, and affirming experience for our community and its allies.
This application is used to collect information needed to review participation requests and plan a successful event. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed with consideration for space, logistics, and overall event balance.
This is an electronic agreement. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the information provided and agree to comply with the applicable Terms & Conditions established by Reading Pride Celebration.

Participation in Berks Pride Fest is subject to the Terms & Conditions established by Reading Pride Celebration.
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions for Berks Pride Fest 2026, including all applicable policies, requirements, and expectations.
A complete copy of the Terms & Conditions is provided as part of this application and may also be shared with accepted participants prior to the event.

| Single Booth (10x10) | $100.00 | Non-refundable | Vendor fee includes booth space for the duration of the event. Additional requirements or add-ons may apply. |
| Double Booth (10x20) | $185.00 | Non-refundable | Vendor fee includes booth space for the duration of the event. Additional requirements or add-ons may apply. |
| Electric Hookup (Limited & Trail Only) | $25.00 | Non-refundable | Electric hookups are limited and available only for booths located along the trail. Requesting electricity does not guarantee availability. If approved, the additional electric hookup fee will be charged at the time your application is approved. Vendors approved for electric service are responsible for reviewing and complying with the requirements outlined in the vendor packet. |
| Non-Compliance Fee | $75.00 | Non-refundable | A non-compliance fee of $75 may be charged if a vendor does not adhere to the event policies, requirements, or instructions provided by Reading Pride Celebration. We expect and appreciate full cooperation from all participants. |
