APPLICATION PROCESS
- Vendors are NOT chosen on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- All applications will be reviewed at one time, after the deadline (March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.).
- Applications wil NOT be accepted after this deadline.
- Please note that our market area is limited, which means we have a restricted number of spaces available.
- ONLY 10x10 booths allowed. NO double booths.
- NO person will be allowed to sell products at the Market until they receive an official acceptance email and have paid their vendor fee.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY.
VENDOR INFORMATION
- Accepted products are:
- Vegetables grown by the seller from seeds, seedlings, or sets
- Fruits, berries, or nuts grown on trees, bushes, or vines on the seller’s farm
- Potted plants or live plant starts grown by the seller from seed, seedling, or transplant
- Eggs produced by the seller’s poultry
- Honey produced by the seller’s bees
- Fresh baked goods and prepared food items must be made from scratch by the seller using regionally sourced, sustainable ingredients
- Meat products must be produced from animals raised on the seller’s farm
- Dairy products, including milk, cheese, and yogurt must be produced from animals raised on the seller’s farm
- Fish products must be humanely caught or raised
- Pet food and treats made from scratch by the seller using regionally sourced, sustainable ingredients
- Prepared and packaged foods using ingredients sourced from local, Georgia farms
- Bath and Body products that incorporate regional and sustainable ingredients
- Handmade Arts and Crafts products using sustainably sourced materials
- Other items are subjet to the Market Manager approval.
- NO second hand/flea market type items are permitted.
NO produce or other items of any kind may be purchased from another source by a member to be resold
"as is".
- All products MUST be grown or otherwise produced by the vendor.
- Open flame cooking is NOT permitted.
- Vendors who wish to sell eggs and/or dairy MUST provide a copy of their current Georgia Department of Agriculture certification.
- Vendors MUST list all items they intend to sell on the application. NO last minute additions.
- All vendors MUST comply with the sanitary rules and regulations of the GA Dept of Agriculture.
- ALL foods must be displayed properly, fresh, and grown and/or prepared in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Georgia law requires that ALL vendors must have all required health department, Georgia Department of
Agriculture, USDA, and any other applicable Federal, State, or Local licenses
Value-added agricultural products such as driedherbs, jams, sauces, pastas, chickens, meat, honey,
eggs, etc. MUST be labeled with the ingredients used and follow all applicable federal, state, and local rules
and regulations including the Cottage Food Products which must follow all applicable federal, state, and
local rules and regulations.
