Terms & Conditions
Cancellations are no fun for anyone.
The City will inform all vendors of any cancellations or delays by 11 a.m. on the day of the event. This is usually based on inclement weather.
In turn, we require all vendors to provide a deposit to attend and participate. If the City is not informed by the vendor of a schedule change or cancellation by 11 a.m. on the day of the event, the City will retain the deposit.
The deposit will be refunded after the event, provided no issues arise.
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and electricity.
Prices
