Vendor Application (Without Electricity)

Welcome to the Lago Fest Vendor Application! Please review the information below before submitting your application, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Lago Fest is held at Bar-K Park, located on the shoreline of Lake Travis in Lago Vista, Texas (approximately 20 minutes west of Cedar Park). Lago Fest is known for its beautiful park setting, spacious booth layouts, helpful staff, and convenient load-in/load-out access. The festival is free, all-ages, and features a vendor market, curated food trucks, family entertainment and games, and a lineup of award-winning bands.

Vendor Market Information
Lago Fest welcomes a variety of vendors, including (but not limited to):

-Retail and small business vendors
-Handmade and non-handmade goods
-Services, promotions, and community information
-Local makers, boutiques, and specialty products

Vendors should offer products and/or services that are appropriate for a family-friendly community festival.

Booth Display Expectations

Please ensure your booth setup is clean, safe, and professional. We strongly recommend including a booth photo (or product display photo) that represents what you plan to bring to the event.

By submitting an application, the artist warrants acceptance of these terms and conditions and agrees to abide by all policies. The vendor is solely responsible for any injuries to any person and for all damage to, or loss of, property that results from or arises out of the artist’s use of the facilities or grounds. The artist agrees to hold harmless the City of Lago Vista and the Lago Vista Property Owners Association (hereinafter “Lago Fest”), including for any costs, liability, or expenses arising from claims by any person or entity due to the use or misuse of the facilities by the artist/vendor. Lago Fest is not liable for loss of or damage to the artist’s property. No refunds will be issued in the event of inclement weather.

Please review all instructions in the Vendor EVENT INFORMATION. By submitting a LAGO FEST Vendor application, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms, conditions, rules, and regulations as outlined in the Lago Fest Artist Event Information. Applications that are incomplete or do not adhere to artwork and booth display rules and regulations will not be accepted.

Deadline to apply: April 2, 2026.

Notifications of acceptance status will be sent no later than one week after a complete application has been received.

Please note that we strive to ensure a varied and well-balanced selection of offerings. Applications are reviewed and accepted on a first-apply basis, with consideration given to product mix and overall market diversity. To avoid duplication of similar products (for example, multiple vendors offering the same brand or type of goods), we encourage you to submit your application as early as possible.
