Sunday FunGay! Market at Jampod is a monthly indoor makers market happening the first Sunday of every month, created to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community, allies, and small businesses doing cool things…together.

This market is designed as a welcoming, vibrant space where vendors and shoppers can connect, discover unique goods, and support local creativity in an environment rooted in pride, inclusion, and community joy.

A portion of all vendor fees will be donated directly to our local PRIDE Foundation, because supporting each other is the whole point.

We can do more together.

🛍 Vendor Space Details

Vendor spaces are intentionally affordable and accessible:

💸 $30 per market date

📏 Includes one vendor footprint approx. 6x5 (fits a standard 6ft setup)

Each vendor receives space only.

Please note:

This vendor space does not include tables, chairs, tents, displays, or supplies. Vendors must bring everything needed to fully set up and operate their booth (tables, chairs, signage, payment systems, extension cords if needed, etc.).

🕙 Setup & Breakdown Requirements

🛠 Vendor Load-In / Setup: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

🛍 Market Hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

📦 Breakdown & Full Load-Out Complete By: 7:00 PM

Vendors are expected to remain set up for the full duration of the market and complete breakdown and removal of all items by 7 PM.

This is a low-pressure, supportive environment designed for vendors to grow, connect, and show up as their full selves.

By submitting an application and purchasing a vendor space for Sunday FunGay! Market at Jampod, vendors agree to the following terms:

? Vendor Fees & Refund Policy

All vendor fees are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of event planning, marketing, and limited vendor capacity, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellations, no-shows, weather, personal emergencies, or inability to attend.

? Community Standards

Sunday FunGay! Market is a pride-centered, inclusive event. All vendors are expected to contribute to a welcoming environment for LGBTQIA+ attendees, vendors, and allies.

Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

And yes…this is a joy-forward space.

Please don’t bring a bad attitude, even if you haven’t had your coffee yet. ☕?

✅ Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for:

• Their own setup, products, and supplies

• Managing all payments and customer transactions

• Keeping their space clean and removing all items/trash after the event

• Ensuring products sold comply with local laws and venue policies

Vendors participate at their own risk.

Sunday FunGay! Market, Jampod, and event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, personal injury, or accidents occurring during setup, event hours, or breakdown.

Vendors are encouraged to carry their own business liability insurance if applicable.
