About the application
The Bel Air Festival for the Arts (BAFA), intent is to promote the arts by offering the opportunity for artists, craftsmen and performers from across the mid-Atlantic region and beyond a place to exhibit and sell their arts and crafts.
This is an opportunity for non-profit arts education and advocacy organizations to share their stories and build relationships with over 300 exhibitors and 15,000 visitors. A limited number of NO-FEE/FREE booths are available for these organizations so apply early.

Terms & Conditions
ELIGIBILITY - Applications are limited to Non-Profit Arts Education and Advocacy organizations formally organized under 501.c.3 status.
LIMITED REFUND POLICY - This is a NO-FEE Application. No refunds of any kind will be provided.
CODE OF CONDUCT - As a BARC-sponsored event, the Bel Air Festival for the Arts and all of its participants are required to abide by the BARC Code of Conduct which is provided in the documents section. Any Exhibitors who fail to adhere to this Code of Conduct will be asked to leave the festival venue and prohibited from participating in future Bel Air Festival for the Arts.
LIABILITY RELEASE - As a BARC-sponsored event, the Bel Air Festival for the Arts and all of its participants are required to abide by the BARC Liability Release which is provided in the documents section.
