About the registration
Welcome to the Outdoor Commercial Vendor application. This year's Fair is July 22 - 26.
HOURS OF THE FAIR:
Wednesday - Saturday 11am to 11pm
Sunday 11am to 8pm.
BOOTH PRICING:
In-Line 10' x 10' = $650
In-Line 10' x 20' = $1,300
Corner 10' x 10' = $850
- In-Line & Corner 10' x 20' = $1,500
Additional large spaces are available.

ABOUT THE APPLICATION:
- Please fill out the application entirely. Any application with missing information will not be approved. We have limited number of spaces available. You will be required to enter in your credit/debit card on the application. You will not be charged until your application has been approved.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
- Once approved your card will be charged
- There are no transaction or processing fees to vendor.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY WITH ADDITIONAL INSURED STATUS SHALL INCLUDE:
- Business name on insurance MUST match the business name listed on the applicatoin.
CERTIFICATE HOLDER: Lane County Fair Board, Lane County, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers, c/o - $1,000,000.00 per occurrence / $2,000,000.00 aggregate
- Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability
- Lane County, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers are name as additional insured with respect to Provider's activities being performed under the Contract. The additional insureds must be named as an additional insured by separate endorsement. the policy must be endorsed to show cancellation notices to the Lane County department who originated the contract, and the Endorsement must be attached to the COI.
- Dates must cover the Fair days including any move-in days.
