About the registration

It’s that time of year again! Planning is underway for our 54th Annual Juneteenth Oregon Celebration, and we invite you to be part of this historic community event.

The celebration will take place on Saturday, June 20, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Lillis-Albina Park (N. Russell St. & N. Flint Ave).

 

Vendor spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and early registration is strongly encouraged. All vendor applications and required documentation must be submitted by May 15, 2026. Applications submitted after this date may be accepted if space remains available and will incur a $50 late registration fee.

 
Booth & Equipment Guidelines
Each booth space is approximately 10’ x 10’ and includes one 6-foot table and two chairs.
Tables and chairs must be returned at the end of the event.
Electricity is not provided.
Generators are not permitted for retail, nonprofit, or corporate vendors unless prior written approval is received. Vendors planning to use a generator must contact us in advance to be assigned an appropriate space.
Tent weights are required. Stakes are not permitted in the park.
Vendors must bring all necessary equipment. Extra tents or weights will not be available onsite.

54th Annual Juneteenth Oregon Festival – Vendor Information We’re excited to invite you to be part of the 54th Annual Juneteenth Oregon Festival! This long-standing community celebration honors the legacy of the African American experience and brings people together through culture, education, entertainment, and connection. Hosted by Juneteenth Oregon, the festival returns to Lillis-Albina Park at N. Russell St. and N. Flint Ave. in Portland, Oregon, on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The day also includes the Clara Peoples Freedom Trail Parade, traveling down Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and leading into the festival. Vendor Participation Vendors must submit an online application no later than May 15, 2026, while space is available. Payment is due immediately upon approval, but must be paid within 10 calendar days. Your space is secured ONLY after full payment is received. Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once paid. Booth & Equipment Guidelines: No electricity is provided. Generators will not be allowed for retail, nonprofit, or corporate vendors located on the main field. If you plan to bring one, please contact us in advance so we can assign an appropriate space. Setup, Load-In & Parking Setup begins: 8:00 AM All booths must be set up by: 11:00 AM Please check in at the Juneteenth Tent upon arrival. Designated loading zones: In front of Tubman Middle School NE Russell Street To keep traffic moving, vendors are encouraged to bring a cart or extra help. Unload quickly, move your vehicle, then return to finish setup. 🚫 No unloading in the Food Court Area or Dental Parking Lot. Vehicles left unattended in restricted or loading zones may be towed. Vendor parking: Legacy Emanuel Parking Garage (see maps) or nearby on-street parking Security & Compliance On-site security will be present throughout the event. Terms & Conditions

By applying to participate as a vendor in the Juneteenth Oregon Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Vendor Approval
All vendor applications are subject to approval by Juneteenth Oregon. Vendors may be asked to leave the event without refund for reasons including, but not limited to: not following setup or safety instructions, selling items not listed in the approved application, using prohibited equipment, unsafe or disruptive behavior, or failure to be set up by the required time.

 

Booth Space & Equipment
Vendor spaces are approximately 10' x 10'. Vendors must remain within their assigned space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, and display equipment unless an add-on has been purchased. All tents and equipment must be properly secured with weights or anchoring.

 

Utilities
No electricity will be provided. Generators are not permitted unless approved in writing and used only in designated areas.

 

Permits & Regulations
Vendors must comply with all city, county, and state regulations, including required permits and licenses. Food vendors must meet all local health department requirements.

 

Setup & Event Hours
Vendors must be fully set up by the designated setup time. Vendors who fail to set up on time may be considered a no-show and will not receive a refund. Vendors must remain open during event hours and may not break down early without approval.

 

Weather & Event Changes
The festival takes place rain or shine, and vendor fees are non-refundable. Juneteenth Oregon reserves the right to modify event layout, timing, or vendor placement as needed for safety or operational reasons.

 

Event organizers reserve the right to delay, modify, relocate, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Products & Branding
Vendors may only sell items approved in their application. Product exclusivity is not guaranteed. Vendors may not sell merchandise using the Juneteenth Oregon name or logo without written permission.

 

Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe booth area and removing all trash at the end of the event. Vendors are also responsible for their property and any required business insurance.

 

Liability
Juneteenth Oregon, its staff, volunteers, and partners are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage related to vendor participation.

By submitting an application and payment, vendors confirm they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Prices

10x10 Booth $500.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Tent $100.00
Table $50.00 Non-refundable Rental fee for 1 additional table. Must be checked back in at the end of the event.
2 - Chairs $25.00 Non-refundable Rental fee for 2 chairs. Must be checked back at the end of the event.
