Artist Application

Unplugged Sessions at City Connection bring acoustic music to Downtown Ball Ground. These sessions will be part of our Third Thursdays in downtown, where we combine music, exercise, a market, and more.

By applying for and/or participating in an Unplugged Session acoustic performance in City Connection Park, performers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Unplugged Sessions are acoustic-only performances intended to create a relaxed, intimate atmosphere for the downtown community. Performers must provide their own instruments and any minimal acoustic equipment needed for their performance. Performers are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their scheduled set. Music and content must be family-friendly and appropriate for a public park setting. Downtown Ball Ground reserves the right to stop or adjust performances that do not align with community standards or event expectations.

Unplugged Sessions are weather-dependent. Performances may be delayed, relocated, or canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. Downtown Ball Ground is not responsible for cancellations and is not obligated to reschedule unpaid performances.

By participating, performers grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used by Downtown Ball Ground and the City for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. Performers are encouraged to promote their appearance through their own channels and tag Downtown Ball Ground when applicable.

Performers participate at their own risk and agree to follow all park rules and instructions from event staff. Downtown Ball Ground and the City are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal equipment or belongings. Performers must maintain professional conduct and be respectful of attendees, staff, and other participants.

Submission of an application and/or participation in an Unplugged Session constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Downtown Ball Ground reserves the right to make final decisions regarding performer selection, scheduling, and event operations.
