About the event

“Kunst” means “art” in German, and you can expect to see a lot of it. Artists from across the region will sell and showcase their creations. With so many unique pieces, you’re sure to find something you’ll love! Add “fest” – short for festival. Kunstfest is a fun, German festival with art, entertainment, food, and learning opportunities, too! Arts, Crafts, Antiques and More. At Kunstfest, more than 300 vendors line the streets, showcasing art, gifts, antiques, crafts, and more on Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-4pm. New Harmony's many unique shops, boutiques, and galleries will also be open with special promotions during the festival.

Terms & Conditions

APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE.

 

A member of the event committee will follow up on your application letting you know if it has been accepted and will give you an invoice for payment at that time. Applications close on August 20. 

 

Vendors must leave assigned areas as clean as found. Generators must be soundproofed and will be isolated to special sections. 

 

NHBA-KUNSTFEST 2025 is not liable for loss, damage, or injury to vendor or vendor property. 

 

By entering into this agreement and signing the registration form NHBA-KUNSTFEST 2025 committee members are released from liability arising out of the NHBA-KUNSTFEST 2025 event.

 

Vendors must check in BEFORE SET-UP, at the information booth located at Church and Main Streets. 

 

Vendors set up in the wrong space will be required to move. Any vendor not preregistered will be in violation of town ordinances & will pay a $25 late fee plus booth space rent or be asked to vacate the premises.

 

No refunds
Posey Co. Temporary Food Permit is required for all food vendors that are preparing food on-site, in accordance with Indiana State Law.

Prices

Application fees $10.00 Non-refundable There is a $10 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Non-Profit Single Booth $175.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 12 feet deep. Each booth comes with one 110 < 30am electric outlet.
For-Profit Single Booth $298.00 Non-refundable This booth registration includes one 110 < 30 amp electric outlet.
Lemon Shake-up Cart $400.00 Non-refundable
One 220 < 30amp Electrical Outlet $50.00 Non-refundable This covers one 220V < 30 amp electric outlet for a 20x12 space.
