What is a Business Expo?
A business expo is a community-focused event where businesses showcase their products and services, meet customers face-to-face, and connect with other local businesses—all in one place.

Unlike a street fair or retail market, a business expo is less about high-volume sales and more about visibility, relationships, and long-term growth.

All spaces have their size and cost, they sell quickly, so get yours before someone else snatches it up :)

Please know that ALL Sales are final, NO refunds and ALL proceeds will go to the Show Low Chamber of Commerce to show our support.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booth(s) and submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 

1. Booth fees range from $50 to $125 per booth space (various sizes).  

2. BizExpo Hours: Friday and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm

3. Exhibitor Set-up: Thursday 2-5 pm (if building is available, won’t know until 4/15) or Friday from 7-10 am
    Exhibitor Tear down: Saturday after 4 pm

4. Exhibitors must be set up and ready for customers by 9:45 am on Friday.

5. No tear downs will be permitted prior to 4 pm on Saturday.  

6. Booth spaces are available on first served, first paid basis.  

7. Booth must remain open and always attended during event hours.

8. Overnight security will be provided throughout the expo.  

9. No music playing during the show.  NO SMOKING AT BOOTHS OR NEAR ENTRANCES

10. Limited electricity is available and only approved for interactive devices. There are many battery setups 
      to assist in electricity, please look into your options.

11. No water hook-ups available.  

12. Exhibitors will be provided with booth space inside the City Campus Gym (first paid, first served).  
      Exhibitors must provide booth display items, tables, and furnishings.  

13. Booth areas must be kept neat and clean.  Trash must be removed throughout the event.

14. Exhibitors must keep all display items and booth materials secure and within their assigned space.

15. Unacceptable behavior and not following rules may result in loss of current and future space 
       and all fees. No alcohol, illegal drugs, or firearms permitted at the expo.

17. No vehicle parking in patron area during expo hours.  

18. No refunds.

19. Parking areas on south side of City Campus Gym and pickleball courts is reserved for BizExpo patrons.  
      Designated exhibitor parking is located on the east side of the City Campus Gym.       

20. Insurance: Applicant must read and sign the Release and Indemnity Agreement OR provide 
      a one-million-dollar liability certificate naming the City of Show Low as additional insured.

21. Selling Vendors will need to upload their Arizona TPT or Show Low Business License that has already 
      verified TPT accuracy.

I have read and agree to Show Low BizExpo information and application guidelines.  By submitting this 
application, I hereby certify that I agree to release and hold harmless the City of Show Low, its agents, 
members or affiliates from loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this event.  

The City of Show Low reserves the right to deny any application, expel any exhibitor, change, 
modify or cancel this event at any time.  Exhibitors are responsible for their own liability insurance.
