EVENT DESCRIPTION
The Balloon Festival at Wildside Winery is one of our most anticipated events of the year. Each fall, guests gather in the vineyard to enjoy wine, live music, local vendors, and the unforgettable experience of hot air balloons rising at sunset.
This event draws a large, family-friendly crowd throughout the afternoon and evening. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, explore vendor offerings, enjoy live music, and settle in for balloon rides later in the day.

Event Time: Begins at 2:00 PM
Live Music: All afternoon (lineup announced closer to the event)
Hot Air Balloon Rides: Anticipated to begin around 6:30 PM, weather permitting
Balloon Ride Cost: $20 per person, cash only, first come / first served
Location: Wildside Winery, Versailles, KY
Balloon rides are short, tethered rides designed for views and photos. All balloon activity is fully weather-dependent and determined by the balloon crew for safety.

VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
Balloon Festival at Wildside Winery
By submitting an application and/or participating in this event, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Vendor Focus & Curation
This event is primarily curated for artists, crafters, makers, boutiques, farmers, and food trucks offering handmade goods, specialty products, or locally produced food.
Wildside Winery is a family-friendly venue. Only products and displays that reflect a family-friendly environment will be approved.
While a variety of applications may be considered, priority is given to vendors whose offerings align with the overall experience and atmosphere of the event. Vendor selection is based on product fit, balance, and available space.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
2. Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee is charged at the time of application submission.
The application fee is required to be considered and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Booth Fee
A booth fee is charged upon acceptance.
Booth fees are non-refundable, except in the event of full event cancellation by the organizer.
4. Setup & Event Hours
Vendor setup begins at 11:00 AM.
All vendors must be fully set up and ready to serve by 1:00 PM.
Vendors must remain set up for the duration of the event.
Early breakdown is not permitted.
5. Booth Space & Equipment
Vendors must bring all necessary equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, displays, and weights.
Electricity is not available.
Vendor spaces are first come, first served within the designated vendor area.
Available spaces will be clearly marked on-site.
Vendors must remain within their assigned footprint.
6. Products & Sales
Vendors may only sell items approved in their application.
The event organizer reserves the right to require removal of unapproved items.
Vendors are responsible for all required licenses, permits, and tax compliance.
7. Weather Policy
This is an outdoor, weather-dependent event.
In the event of poor or unsafe weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled.
Vendor fees will carry over to the rescheduled date.
No refunds will be issued due to weather-related rescheduling.
8. Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk.
Wildside Winery and affiliated parties are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury.
Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.
9. Conduct
Vendors are expected to act professionally and follow all instructions from event staff.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
10. Photography & Promotion
The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
Vendors grant permission for images of their booth and products to be used in marketing materials.
11. Agreement
Submission of an application constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions listed above.
