About the application
The July 3rd Fireworks Extravaganza is the biggest July 4th celebration in the West Georgia area. This festival gathers over 10,000 people from all over to witness the grade A 20-minute fireworks show as well as the food + merchandise vendors, kids zone, + helicopter rides.

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY.
2026 VENDOR INFORMATION:
FOOD VENDORS: Must display their food license or food handler permits.
- Limited availability for Merchandise vendors.
- Vendors are asked to decorate their booths with the Independence Day/Patriotic theme.
- This includes all types of vendors.
- Please help us celebrate our country’s freedom with the red, white, and blue.
- Special consideration will be given for duplicate food vendors on some food types and it is at the discretion of the Event Manager.
- NO double booths.
- All vendors MUST be self-sufficient/self-contained.
- NO electricity, water, ice, or rental items [tents, tables, chairs] will be provided.
- NO vehicles are allowed to cross the football field.
- Crossing the football field will forfeit your application fee and may determine future participation.
- Vendors shall only sell what is described in their application. NO last-minute additions.
- Alcohol beverages are prohibited.
- NO use of stakes in the ground.
- All vehicles MUST be removed from the football field 1hr before the event starts.
- No vendors are guaranteed the same space as in prior years.
- Vendors should clean up and remove all trash from their vendor space and take it with them.
- Leaving trash will forfeit your application fee.
- Vendors will receive an assigned arrival and setup time.
- A vendor cannot set up later than the stated set up times. This causes disruption to the setup area.
- If a vendor cannot arrive on time, your application and vendor fees will be forfeited.
- NO early breakdown or departures are allowed.
- The festival is rain or shine unless communicated to everyone via an official city email.
2026 VENDOR FEES:
- 10x10 Merchandise Booth: $105
- 10x10 Food Booths: $130
- Food Trucks: $140
- Food Trailers: $155
IMPORTANT DATES:
- March 3 - Applications open
- May 29 - Applications close
- June 15 - Vendor approval/denial

| Application fees | $100.00 | This fee is charged to all accepted vendors. The fee will be refunded after the festival. Vendors MUST comply with the two (2) major rules. 1. Clean up all of your trash and take it with you. If trash is left at your assigned booth this fee will NOT be refunded. 2. Crossing the football field, if you cross the football field, this fee will NOT be refunded. | |
