"Embracing the Hot Corner Spirit: A Time for Unity"
Welcome to the Hot Corner Festival 2026! We are excited to announce that the festival will be a three-day event, culminating with the main festival celebration on June 13th! We appreciate your interest and support. This is the Kids’ Corner Application, intended for young entrepreneurs and youth vendors who wish to showcase, sell their products and services in a supportive, family-friendly environment.
Please review the available application materials carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions. This agreement is completed electronically, and by proceeding, you acknowledge, validate, and approve the terms of this agreement in electronic form.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Application & Approval
All Kids’ Corner participants must submit a completed application by the stated deadline. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. The Festival Committee reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on space availability, product suitability, and alignment with the family-friendly nature of the event. - Eligibility
Kids’ Corner is intended for young entrepreneurs and youth vendors under the age of 18yrs old. Participants must partcipate in a mandatory training prior to the event. A parent or legal guardian must approve and oversee participation. - Parent/Guardian Supervision
A parent or legal guardian is required to be present with the child participant at all times during setup, event hours, and breakdown. The festival is not responsible for supervision of minors. - Products & Activities
All products, services, or activities must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment and listed on the application. The Festival Committee reserves the right to prohibit any items deemed unsafe or inappropriate. - Booth Setup & Breakdown
Participants must arrive during assigned setup times and have their booth ready by the festival start time. Early breakdown or departure without approval is not permitted. Booth areas must be left clean at the end of the event. - Booth Requirements
Participants are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, signage, and supplies unless otherwise stated. All booth setups must be safe and remain within the assigned space. - Safety & Conduct
Children and guardians must conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner at all times. Running, unsafe behavior, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the Kids’ Corner. - Sales & Transactions
All sales and transactions are the responsibility of the participant and parent/guardian. The festival is not responsible for handling money, sales disputes, or lost items. - Licenses & Permits
If applicable, participants are responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals. The Festival Committee may request documentation prior to the event. - Weather Policy
The festival will take place rain or shine. Participants are responsible for protecting their products, displays, and supplies from weather conditions. - Liability & Release
Parents or guardians agree to assume all responsibility for the child participant and to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Hot Corner Festival, Hot Corner Association, organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any claims, injuries, or losses arising from participation. - Media Release
By participating, parents or guardians grant permission for the festival to photograph or record Kids’ Corner activities for promotional purposes without additional compensation. - Cancellations & No-Shows
Participants who cancel after the stated deadline or fail to attend the event forfeit assigned space unless otherwise approved by the Festival Committee.
Agreement & Acceptance
By submitting an electronic application, parents or guardians acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the child participant and accept this agreement electronically.
