About the application
THIS APPLICATION IS FOR NON PROFIT GROUPS
Event Location: Historic Downtown Leesburg, 2 blocks of Market Street and 2 blocks of King Street.
Event Date and Time: Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You must be able to participate during the entire 5 hour event for acceptance. No part of any exhibit may be dismantled or removed before 10:00 PM on event day.
Application deadline: The application deadline is June 30, 2025
Vendor Notification: Vendors will be notified of acceptance via email no later than July 10
All applications will be juried with the order of acceptance based on Leesburg, Loudoun County, and then surrounding areas.
By signing the application, you acknowledge that you understand the terms and conditions of the event and you agree to adhere to the spirit and intent of the conditions as stated by the Town of Leesburg Parks and Recreation Department.

Terms & Conditions
Non-Profit Terms and Conditions
- Non-profit organizations must submit a completed application and hold a 501-C3 status.
- There are a limited number of non-profit spaces available and not all that apply will be selected for a spot.
- Participating non-profit organizations will be required to provide their own tents, tables, chairs, hand truck, and other logistical supplies.
- Participating non-profit organization may need to walk items to designated booth space from parking outside of the festival area (a hand truck or dolly is recommended).
- Participating non-profit organizations will be expected to comply with all event requirements, including abiding by assigned set-up and break down times, parking as directed and following all festival policies.
- Participating non-profit organizations will be restricted from conducting sales within the event. Non-profit spaces are for information services, raising public awareness and donations only. Non-profit applicants who are raising funds for national or regional organizations such as walks, runs, marathons, etc. will not be considered.
- Organizations must commit to exhibit the full hours of the event.
Space will be awarded based on availability to non-profit organizations who describe plans to embrace the festival theme and according to the following criteria and priority:
- First priority will be given to non-profit organizations based within the Town of Leesburg.
- Second priority will be given to organizations that operate within Loudoun County and provide services to Town of Leesburg residents.
- Third priority will be given to all other applicable non-profit organizations.
Application deadline: The application deadline is June 30.
Vendor Notification: Vendors will be notified of acceptance via email no later than July 10.
