Our goal for this event is to highlight and promote local businesses by bringing a variety of trusted vendors together in one place. Participating gives your company valuable exposure, helps you build brand awareness, and allows couples to discover your services firsthand. Simply put — this event is designed to get the word out about what your business offers, and it can only benefit you through new connections, bookings, and long-term relationships in the community.

Terms & Conditions

The Bottling Plant Event Center

 

By submitting this application and participating in the Wedding Vendor Expo at The Bottling Plant Event Center, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Event Overview
The Wedding Vendor Expo is designed to showcase local wedding professionals and connect vendors with engaged couples, their friends, and families. Participation provides promotional exposure and networking opportunities but does not guarantee bookings or sales.

 

2. Vendor Approval
All vendor applications are subject to review and approval by The Bottling Plant Event Center. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications to maintain a balanced vendor mix and event experience.

 

3. Booth Placement
Vendor booth location (indoor or outdoor) will be assigned by the event organizers. While preferences may be requested, placement is not guaranteed and will depend on event layout, space availability, and overall vendor needs. The event team reserves the right to adjust layout as needed for operational or safety purposes.

 

4. Fees & Payment
Vendor booth pricing and available options are provided prior to submitting the application.

  • Once approved, vendors will receive instructions to complete registration and payment through Eventeny.
  • Payment must be completed through Eventeny by the stated deadline to secure participation.
  • Vendor participation is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

5. Setup & Breakdown
Vendor setup will take place the morning of the event (April 19th) during designated setup hours. Specific setup times and instructions will be provided after approval.Vendors must be fully set up before the event opens to attendees. Breakdown may begin only after the event concludes unless otherwise approved.

 

6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for their own displays, signage, materials, and staffing. Table and electricity rentals are available. Vendors must maintain a professional and respectful presence throughout the event. Booth spaces must remain clean, organized, and within assigned boundaries.

 

7. Electricity & Equipment
Power access is limited and must be requested in advance during the application process. Additional fees apply.

 

8. Insurance & Liability
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, products, and personal property. The Bottling Plant Event Center is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during the event.

 

9. Marketing & Promotion
By participating, vendors agree that photos or videos taken during the event may be used by The Bottling Plant Event Center for promotional purposes.

 

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Bottling Plant Event Center. If a vendor needs to cancel participation, reach out to The Bottling Plant.

 

11. Agreement
Submission of the vendor application confirms that the vendor understands and agrees to these terms and conditions.

10x10 Booth Space $150.00 Non-refundable 10x10 booth space only
Table Rental $25.00 Non-refundable If you do not plan to bring your own setup: 8' table rental with 2 chairs. Linens not included. Addition charged after approval.
Electricity $25.00 Non-refundable If your booth setup requires electricity. Limited quantity available. Please bring your own extension cord. Addition charged after approval.
