I hope this letter finds you well. We are excited to announce our upcoming Wine Tasting Event hosted by The City of Crown Point, Indiana, and we would like to extend an invitation for your esteemed Company to participate as a vendor. 

Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026

Time: VIP Admission 5-6pm, General Admission 6-9pm

Location: Bulldog Park-183 S. West Street, Crown Point, Indiana 46307

The event aims to bring together wine enthusiasts and aficionados for an evening of exploration and indulgence.

As a valued business, we believe your presence would greatly enhance the experience for our guests.

By participating in the event, you will have the opportunity to showcase your finest wines to an engaged audience eager to discover new flavors and experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to promote your wine portfolio, connect with potential customers, and expand your network within the wine community.

In addition, we will have a food area set up for our vendors to get a meal during the event. We are looking to sell 750 tickets to this event. There will be VIP hours from 5-6pm and general admission is from 6-9pm. During the VIP hour we are asking if you can provide some higher-end wines to be served only during that hour. Entertainment will be provided throughout the evening as well.
