We welcome a diverse mix of vendors with applications reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to space and logistical considerations.

This agreement is electronic, and by signing, you acknowledge, validate, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein.

Prices

POWHATAN CHAMBER MEMBER -Arts & Craft Vendor Fee $125.00 Non-refundable Chamber members are allowed one booth only for the business section. Vendors selling a handmade craft, you may request two booths - subject to approval and availability.
NON-Chamber member - Arts & Craft Vendor Fee $145.00 Non-refundable This application fee is for NON-Powhatan Chambers only. This fee is for booth placement in the main part of the Festival. *Please note, if you are a Chamber member who wishes to located in the main part of the festival (not the business literature section) this is the correct fee.
Convenience Fee $4.50 Non-refundable
