About the application

The Queen City Super Flea is an ode to the original flea that existed 40+ years before closing. We are currently an open-air market that features a rotation of local sellers every weekend, covering an array of vast products, services, and niches.The Super Flea takes place at Buffalo's Outer Harbor (325 Fuhrmann Blvd) from 10am-5pm. Be sure to look at our calendar for all of the exact dates!Our goal of the flea is to provide a different type of shopping experience that is family-friendly while also showcasing some of the area's best artisans, creators, curators, entrepreneurs, resellers, food trucks and small businesses! For applicants who do not have a business name please put "YOUR NAME"in that part of the application. For applicants who do not have a website please put "queencitysuperflea.com" in that part of the application and it will allow you to process further.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. An approved vendor will receive a notice of approval and be charged for the spots dates and number of booths selected as soon as application is approved. Your vendor fee at Queen City Super Flee is $75 for each day that you are participating. There will be no refunds of the $75 vending fee as this is a rain or shine event, and vendor fees will be used for promotional material and event costs. The vending space is 14 feet by 14 feet for each vendor. Tables, chairs, tents and racks will not be provided by Queen City Super Flea so we encourage you to pack all necessary items you may need. Alcohol, firearms, weapons, tobacco products (including vapes) will not be permitted to be sold at Queen City Super Flea ******Per the City of Buffalo, the city requires permits for all vendors at any venue that takes place within city limits. As a service, we are happy to fill out the paperwork and get the permit on your behalf. For vendors selling merchandise, the city charges a one-time fee of $35 that covers any dates you select for the Super Flea. For food vendors, the city charges a one-time fee of $40 that covers any dates you select for the Super Flea. If you already have a permit, please just submit proof to us and we will have that attached for all of your vending dates. Each Vendor agrees that Queen City Super Flea LLC is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of Vendor’s property or merchandise.
Space(s) is/are provided to Vendor for the display and sale of approved merchandise.
Each Vendor assumes full responsibility for any injury to persons or property resulting from the display, sale 
and/or use of Vendor’s merchandise, vehicles, equipment, or other property; or of the assigned ground space 
occupied by Vendor and/or those accompanying Vendor.
Vendor further agrees to indemnify Queen City Super Flea LLC from all liabilities, claims, damages and legal fees, 
and to hold them free and harmless there from, and to defend them at Seller's sole expense, against all such 
liabilities, claims and damages.

Prices

Single Space $75.00 Non-refundable
City of Buffalo Permit $35.00 Non-refundable The City of Buffalo has notified us that they are requiring all vendors have a permit to sell at the Flea Market. We have negotiated with the city and for vendors with the Queen City Super Flea, it will be a one-time fee of $35 that will cover the entire summer. As a courtesy, we will file for it on your behalf and provide you with the permit. If you prefer to file on your own or already have a permit please let us know and we just request documentation to show you have.
