Join the Market on Kern Farmers Market as a food truck and bring delicious flavors to our weekly event! We welcome pop-up kitchens, and packaged food vendors offering fresh, high-quality, and diverse food options.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid business license and health permits.
- Food trucks must comply with city and fire department regulations.
- Vendors are responsible for their setup, cleanup, and adherence to market guidelines.
- Space is limited—priority will be given to vendors offering fresh, locally sourced, or unique food options.

Terms & Conditions
Vendors must submit:
- Fresno County Environmental Health Mobile Food Permit
- California Seller’s Permit
- Proof of vehicle insurance (if requested)
- Food trucks must be fully self-contained (no external generators unless approved).
Arrival and load-in times will be strictly enforced to ensure safe market operations.
Booths must remain in place for the entire duration of the market.
Menu pricing should remain consistent throughout the event.
Vendors are responsible for managing lines and maintaining a clean service area.
Booth placement and power access (if available) are determined by staff and cannot be guaranteed.
Fees are non-refundable.
Prices
| Application fees | $10.00 | Non-refundable | One-time, non-refundable application fee, if you are approved as a vendor, it will be put towards your Membership fee. |
| Membership Fee | $40.00 | Non-refundable | One time membership fee for the season. All Market Vendor participants must pay. (Amount reduced by $10 and applied to the application fee). |
| Single booth (10x10) | $50.00 | Non-refundable | This is the fee paid/collected on a weekly basis for space at the Market on Kern. |
| Double Booth (10x20) | $100.00 | Non-refundable | This is the fee paid/collected on a weekly basis for space at the Market on Kern. |
