About the application
Welcome to Pride on Brady Street 2026!
We are thrilled to continue creating a space where diversity is celebrated and all are welcome. Join us on June 28th, 2026 for an unforgettable day on Brady Street! We are seeking applications from LGBTQ+ owned businesses, local artists and vendors, and outreach programs that support and serve the community.
Prospective vendor booth information:
- 10ft x 10ft booth space
- Proof of Seller's Permit required (photo/pdf copy submitted on application)
- Proof of insurance may be necessary (photo/pdf copy submitted on application)
- Tent, table, chairs, etc. not provided
- No power hookups provided
- Generators must be 40 dB or less
We are thrilled to welcome returning vendors and first-time applicants. Applications require a minimum submission of 10 images to give our selection panel a meaningful look at your work. Applicants are also required to submit proof of Seller's Permit and provide a brief statement. Tell us who you are, and what visibility and inclusion mean to you! Each application is reviewed thoughtfully. Thank you for sharing your story and your passion with us. We can’t wait to celebrate art with you on Brady Street!
About the event
Terms & Conditions
1. Application & Approval
All vendor applications are subject to review and approval by the event organizer.
Submission of an application does not guarantee participation.
Approved vendors will receive confirmation via email through Eventeny along with payment and contract instructions.
2. Fees & Payment
Payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
3. Booth Space & Setup
Vendors will be assigned spaces by the organizer. No changes or requests for specific placement can be guaranteed.
Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and displays.
Tents must be weighted and secured for safety.
Setup and breakdown must occur within designated times. Early departure is prohibited.
4. Permits & Compliance
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required licenses, sales permits, and insurance.
Food and beverage vendors must comply with local health department regulations.
Vendors agree to follow all city, state, and federal laws, as well as event rules communicated before or during the event.
5. Insurance & Liability
Vendors must maintain liability insurance and may be required to provide proof of coverage upon request.
Vendors are responsible for their own property, equipment, and merchandise.
6. Conduct & Safety
Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner.
Offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the event without refund.
All vendor activities must remain within the assigned booth space.
7. Weather Policy
This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
Vendors should come prepared with weather-appropriate equipment and coverings.
8. Marketing & Photography
By participating, vendors grant the event organizer the right to use photographs, video, or other media featuring their booth or products for promotional purposes.
9. Agreement
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of booth space, removal from the event, or exclusion from future events.
