About the application
All vendors must meet the requirements that fit into the esthetic of a western themed market. A limited amount of Non-Western themed vendors will be accpeted- these type of vendors include, specialty foods, candy and snacks, seasonings, dips, home decor, clothing, candles, ect. Acceptance will be at the discretion of Gemini Events
Set up can happen Wednesday Nov 25th 9am-7pm or Friday 7am-1130am
Vendors/Booth Requirements: Vendors are required to dress to impress. Western Attire is encouraged but not mandatory. This is an upscale market, your attire should reflect that. Booths must be decorated in elegant christmas decor. No character decor, no grinch, no disney, etc. Not all booths will have access to plugs. Christmas lights are not mandatory. All booths will have black pipe and drape set up. Table cloths must reach the ground. Please note that each building is an old barn style building at the fairgrounds and it will be cold. Dress accordingly. Trailer spaces are available outside. All canopies used outside must be WHITE, and you must have proper weights. No canopies inside. Each vendor will recieved 2 vendor passes.
Event: Fashion show will happen midday on all 3 days of the show. Live bands will perform Friday and Saturday Evening. Bar & Beer Garden wil be open all 3 days during the entire event. Admission tickets will be sold online prior to the event to help gage attendance.
Fashion Show: Your chance to show off what your booth is selling. Vendors who wish to participate in the fashion show must provide their own models and attire. You will be contacted by organizer to dicuss futher details.

Submitting a vendor application allows you to be considered for a space at the 2026 The Velvet Buckle Christmas Market This application is neither an offer, nor guarantee of space. Please fill out this application completely and be sure that the information you give is accurate. Missing information may require Gemini Events to decline the application. Gemini Events will determine the location of booths. Locations are subject to change from year to year.

PAYMENT: If the vendor application is approved, the payment information submitted with this application will be processed at the time of approval. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Approved exhibitors/vendors cancelling their booth space BEFORE October 20th are entitled to a 50% refund. NO refunds will be issued for cancellations after October 20th. There will be no exceptions to this policy. HOLD HARMLESS WAIVER: All vendor will be required to sign a Hold Harmless Waiver to protect both parties from potential liabilities. We recommend that vendors secure appropriate insurance coverage for their own protection. IF APPROVED the approval of the application is not a conveyance of an interest in real property, a lease agreement or any other similar disposition. It constitutes nothing more than limited contract permission to use the area(s), facilities, and/or equipment and/or supplies identified in the vendor application. No permission is given to: improve, damage or alter the real or personal property of Gemini Events or the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds
