About the application

Please fill out the form below to apply for Fall Art on the Green 2026. Fall Art on the Green will take place Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 from 9am-6pm and Sunday October 4th, 2026, from 11am-5pm. Payment will be processed upon acceptance. 


Early Bird Rates (prior to August 3rd, 2026):

10×10 spaces: $200

10x20/truck spaces: $300


Standard Rates (after August 3rd, 2025):

10x10 spaces: $250

10x20 spaces: $350


Add-Ons:

Electricity: $30 additional fee

 

If a vendor requests or requires double booth space or electricity on the day of the festival, add-on costs will be substantially higher. Provision of double booth space or electricity in these cases is at the discretion of Woodstock Arts.

 

Double booth space (requested day-of): $200

Electricity (requested day-of): $60


The first round of vendor approvals will go out between August 3rd and August 12th.

The second round of vendor approvals will go out by September 3rd. 

 


NO TRAILERS WILL BE ACCEPTED

Applications are reviewed by a committee and may be refused for any reason. Participation in previous Art on the Green or other Woodstock Arts Festivals DOES NOT guarantee acceptance to this Art on the Green. 

All participants will need to bring their own tents, weights, tables, chairs, and method of taking payment. Tents must be weighted, stakes are prohibited on the Event Green. If you have any questions, please email lindsay@woodstockarts.org.

Local artists around North GA will gather on our Event Green to display their art which includes: paintings, mixed media, photography, hand-crafted jewelry, eccentric gifts…and MUCH more! A perfect day to go outside, enjoy the weather, food and live music, and pick up special one-of-a-kind gifts for everyone!

Terms & Conditions

  • I understand that all oil and other waste must be disposed of off-site by me.
  • I understand that food trucks must provide their own power.
  • I release Woodstock Arts Board Members, Staff and volunteers from any and all liability due to an accident, injury, or exposure to illness that may result from participation in Art on the Green.
  • I consent for photographs to be taken for press releases that may include my name, age, and city of residence.
  • I understand that any application can be refused by the committee curating the festival for any reason.
  • I understand that if the photographs attached to my submission are not representative of the product I will be selling.
  • I understand that Woodstock Arts has the right to cancel and/or postpone this event at any given time at the discretion of the organization.
  • I understand that my booth location is assigned at the discretion of the organization. While Woodstock Arts does our best to honor vendors' stated preferences, we cannot guarantee they will be fulfilled.
  • I understand that the booth fee will be charged upon my acceptance to the festival and that this fee is nonrefundable.
  • I acknowledge that my acceptance to the festival is based on what I include in my application. Should I require more booth space than specified in my application, or electricity I have not requested in my application, I understand I will be charged extra for these amenities should I receive them. Provision of last-minute additional booth space or electricity is at the discretion of Woodstock Arts.

Early Bird 10 x10 Food Vendor $200.00 Non-refundable For food vendors without a trailer or truck where all needs can be within a standard 10 x 10 spot - this price is only available until August 3rd.
Early Bird Truck/Doublebooth $300.00 Non-refundable A spot for a trailer, truck, or double tent - this price is only available until August 3rd.
10x10 Booth $250.00 Non-refundable For food vendors without a trailer or truck where all needs can be within a standard 10 x 10 spot
Truck/Double Booth $350.00 Non-refundable A spot for a trailer, truck, or double tent
Electricity $30.00 Non-refundable Use of electricity from one outlet provided by extension cord.
Last-Minute Electricity $60.00 Non-refundable Usage fee for electricity requested after event load-in has commenced.
Last Minute Extra Space Request $200.00 Non-refundable Fee applied should a vendor request extra space (that they had not previously paid for) equivalent to one additional 10x10 booth space after event load-in has commenced.
