Shine & Wine Featured Vendor
About the application
We are looking for independent nail polish, skincare, beauty, selfcare, gifts and crafts for our nail polish convention! Small batch, inhouse or handmade only.
Nail polish collectors, and enthusiasts from all over the US will be here and want to shop from smaller local brands and businesses with products they can't find at the giant corperate store.
Set up in the Atrium of CIA at Copia will begin at 8:00am and take down to start at 4:00pm. September 5th, 2026
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Featured Vendor tables are $200. Featured vendors will have their logo on our website, social media and other promotional materials. Featured Vendors will also get priority table placement. An 8ft table with tablecloth and 2 chairs. Optional second table for $25. Vendors get 2 vendor badges. Any additional badges will be $10. Featured vendors can register before June 1, 2026.
Table Placement: Table placement requests will be done on a first come first serve basis. Featured Vendors will have early access to table placement requests. If you need something specific for your table such as electricity let us know as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.
Set Up and Take Down: Vendors are responsible for the set up and take down of their space. There will be covered tables/tables in place. Set up can begin at 7:00am and the event is open to the public at 9:00am.
Take down starts at 4:00pm and the venue closes at 6:00pm.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made by either vendor or WWNPC before Dec 1, 2025 will receive a full refund. Cancellations by either vendor or WWNPC between Dec 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026 will be refunded with a $50 fee. No refund if vendor cancels after Jun 1, 2026.
