Winery Application | Brew & Que '26

This is an electronic agreement, and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to limit categories. The payment method you provided will be charged upon approval. Please note: Vendors must provide their tents, generators, extension cords, etc. This is a rain-or-shine event. Winery participants will receive:

1. 10 x 10 booth space
2. One Table
3. Ice
4. Ability to sell wine by the bottle for retail with a TABC Wine Festival Certificate
5. Full-scale marketing and promotion, with advertising and branding of your winery and wine at the event

 Wineries provide:

1. Packaged product
2. Brand ambassadors
3. Any equipment you may need, such as extension cords, dollies, etc.
4. Wine for tasting by the glass
5. Wine by the bottle for retail
6. Tent and signage ifthe  tent is not branded
7. Digital copy sent to specialevents@littleelm.org

Permittee/Vendor assumes all risks associated with participation in the event and is solely responsible for any damage or injury to persons or property arising from their involvement or operations.

The Permittee/Vendor expressly agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Town of Little Elm, its officers, agents, employees, and representatives from and against all claims, damages, penalties, or expenses resulting from:

• Violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation related to vendor operations
• Negligence or intentional acts or omissions of the vendor, its officers, agents, employees, or invitees

Vendors must comply with all Town of Little Elm park rules, event procedures, and load-in/load-out and cleanup requirements. Failure to follow event rules may result in removal from the event or denial of future participation.
