About the application
This is an electronic agreement, and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to limit categories. The payment method you provided will be charged upon acceptance.
Please note: Vendors must provide their tents, generators, extension cords, etc. This is a rain-or-shine event.
Sample Brewery will receive:
- 10 x 10 booth space
- One table
- Ice
- Access to a refrigerated truck
- Full-scale marketing and promotion, with advertising and branding of your brewery and beer at the event
Premier Brewery will receive:
- 20 x 10 booth space in a premier location facing the stage
- Beer samples in the VIP tent
- One table
- Ice
- Access to a refrigerated truck
- Full-scale marketing and promotion with advertising and branding of your brewery and beer at the event
Breweries provide:
- Packaged product. If you only have a draft, you must provide your own equipment.
- Brand ambassadors or beer cards for servers to use.
- Any equipment you may need, such as extension cords, dollies, etc.
- Tent and signage ifthe tent is not branded
- Beer- we ask for the opportunity to buy the beer wholesale.
- Digital copy of logo emailed to specialevents@littleelm.org
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Permittee/Vendor assumes all risks associated with participation in the event and is solely responsible for any damage or injury to persons or property arising from their involvement or operations.
The Permittee/Vendor expressly agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Town of Little Elm, its officers, agents, employees, and representatives from and against all claims, damages, penalties, or expenses resulting from:
- Violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation related to vendor operations
- Negligence or intentional acts or omissions of the vendor, its officers, agents, employees, or invitees
Vendors must comply with all Town of Little Elm park rules, event procedures, and load-in/load-out and cleanup requirements. Failure to follow event rules may result in removal from the event or denial of future participation.
