Marketplace Vendor Application | Brew & Que '26

This is an electronic agreement, and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to limit categories. This category is for artisans and non-profits - not businesses. Please note: Vendors will be provided with one table. Vendors must provide their tents, chairs, generators, extension cords, etc. This is a rain-or-shine event. 

Vendor selection/Approval:

1. All vendor applications will be reviewed 
2. If accepted, your provided payment method will be charged.
3. Product categories will be limited, but exclusivity is not guaranteed.
4. Product quality will determine selection, with priority given to vendors in the scope of the event. 
5. The vendor committee reserves the right to choose the best vendors suited for this event.

Permittee/Vendor assumes all risks associated with participation in the event and is solely responsible for any damage or injury to persons or property arising from their involvement or operations.

The Permittee/Vendor expressly agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Town of Little Elm, its officers, agents, employees, and representatives from and against all claims, damages, penalties, or expenses resulting from:

• Violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation related to vendor operations
• Negligence or intentional acts or omissions of the vendor, its officers, agents, employees, or invitees

Vendors must comply with all Town of Little Elm park rules, event procedures, and load-in/load-out and cleanup requirements. Failure to follow event rules may result in removal from the event or denial of future participation.
