The Silver Card gives you guaranteed access to 5 Sunny’s Market events in 2026 at a discounted bundled rate.

Perks include:

• Vendor spot at 5 Sunny’s Market events in 2026
• Just $95 per market ($475 total)
• Priority vendor placement at each event

The Sunny’s Silver Card grants the cardholder one (1) standard vendor spot at five (5) Sunny’s Market events during the 2026 calendar year.
The Silver Card is valid only for Sunny’s Market–produced events in 2026 and may not be transferred, resold, or shared with another vendor or business.
The total cost of the Silver Card is $475, which covers five (5) vendor spots. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for unused events, cancellations by the vendor, or failure to attend any scheduled market.
Vendors must still complete all required event forms, rules acknowledgments, and check-ins for each market. Holding a Silver Card does not exempt vendors from standard Sunny’s Market policies and procedures.
Vendor spot size is limited to one (1) standard booth space per event. Any upgrades (corner spots, larger spaces, electricity, food truck spots, or premium placements) are not included and may require additional fees, subject to availability.
Event dates, locations, layouts, and times are subject to change at Sunny’s Market’s discretion. Sunny’s Market reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event due to weather, safety concerns, venue issues, or circumstances beyond its control. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Sunny’s Market reserves the right to revoke a Silver Card without refund if a vendor violates market rules, behaves unprofessionally, fails to follow setup/breakdown instructions, or engages in conduct that negatively impacts the event, other vendors, or attendees.
Vendor spotlight features are promotional in nature and timing, format, and platform placement are at the discretion of Sunny’s Market. Spotlight inclusion is not guaranteed to result in sales, engagement, or specific reach metrics.
The Silver Card does not guarantee exclusivity within any product category unless explicitly stated in writing by Sunny’s Market.
Sunny’s Market is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry their own insurance.
By purchasing the Sunny’s Silver Card, the vendor agrees to all Sunny’s Market general vendor rules, policies, and event-specific guidelines, in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
