About the application

the Cumberland Art Festival debuts on October 17 & 18, 2026. You are invited to apply as a Children’s Activity vendor (no inflatable or mechanical rides) to be a part of this much anticipated show. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FACE PAINTING ACTIVITY HAS BEEN FILLED. Load in is on Friday or Saturday• APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are face painting, sand art, painting projects and other activities for children. Products may not be sold. Ride or bounce house vendors will should not apply, as there is not room. You'll be required to submit photos with this application which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a setup photo will not be considered. Your Certificate of Insurance will be due sixty days prior to the event. You will be notified of acceptance within five days of the application deadline. •SPACE DETAILS: All spaces are outdoor and approximately 10’ deep and 12’ wide. All spaces are on pavement. You must furnish your own tent, table and chairs. •FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees are dependent upon the size of your setup and are listed within this application. Fees are nonrefundable. Fees will be charged to your credit card on file within five days of acceptance. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3.5%. •Have more questions? About the event

Over 125 artisans, live entertainment, 12 food trucks, adult beverages and an outdoor LED screen with the games of the season shown under a large tent will enliven the inaugural Cumberland Art Fest at the Galleria Gardens on the third weekend of October. Sponsored by One Cumberland, the event will become the annual signature fall event in Cobb County.

Application fees $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
10x10 Booth $225.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
