StreetHop 2026 Food Truck/Booth Application

Every First Thursday of the Month | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

ArtHop is Downtown Fresno’s monthly arts and culture event that brings thousands of visitors into the district to experience local galleries, live music, vendors, and food. Food trucks are an essential part of creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for attendees.

 
Event Details
Location: Downtown Fresno (specific placement assigned by event staff)
Frequency: First Thursday of each month (January–December 2026)
Hours of Operation: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (vendors must be ready to serve at 5:00 PM sharp)
Audience: 2,000–5,000 visitors monthly, depending on season and programming.
 
Participation Terms
Vendor participation is confirmed month-to-month. Submitting an application does not guarantee participation in all StreetHop dates.
 
Vendor Responsibilities
Setup & Teardown: Trucks must arrive with enough time to be fully operational by 5:00 PM. Teardown is not permitted until 9:00 PM.

Cleanliness: Vendors are responsible for keeping their space tidy during the event and fully cleaned afterward. Trash, grease, and gray water must be disposed of properly.

Permits: Vendors must hold all required city/county permits, including health, fire, and insurance documents. Proof may be requested at any time.

Self-Sufficiency: Vendors are responsible for their own power, water, and equipment. Generators must be quiet and in good working condition.

Professionalism: All staff must represent their business in a courteous and respectful manner toward attendees, fellow vendors, and event staff.
 
Space & Assignments
Vendor spaces are assigned by DFP staff and are non-transferable.
Placement is based on event layout, safety requirements, and variety of offerings.
 
Important Notes
Space is limited; acceptance is based on menu diversity, compliance history, and community demand.
DFP reserves the right to deny or revoke participation if vendor fails to follow guidelines.
Weather or unforeseen city restrictions may affect event timing and participation.

Fulton StreetHop is a vibrant monthly community gathering happening every First Thursday on Fulton Street from Inyo to Fresno. This lively street event brings together local artists, small businesses, vendors, musicians, and food vendors to celebrate creativity, culture, and community in the heart of Downtown Fresno. Stroll the street, discover unique art and handmade goods, enjoy live music and delicious eats, and connect with the people who make Fresno shine. Fulton StreetHop is proudly hosted in collaboration with Fresno Arts Council, Downtown Fresno Partnership, Bad Kids Club, Hella Fresno, and Vendor Village. Terms & Conditions

Food Truck Vendor Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, all vendors agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in Downtown Fresno Partnership (DFP) events.

 

Setup & Teardown
Vendors are responsible for their own complete setup and teardown.
Setup must be completed by the designated start time; teardown may not begin until the event officially ends.
Vendors must remove all equipment, supplies, and trash from their space before leaving.

 

Cleanliness & Waste
Vendors must keep their designated area clean and safe at all times.
All trash must be bagged and disposed of in appropriate receptacles.
Grease, gray water, and other waste must be handled according to City of Fresno health and safety regulations.
 
Compliance & Conduct
Vendors must comply with all city, county, and state health and safety requirements, including all necessary permits and food handling certifications.
All equipment (generators, propane tanks, cords, etc.) must meet safety standards.
Vendors must treat event staff, other vendors, and attendees with professionalism and respect.

 

Space & Equipment
Vendors must operate within their assigned space only.
No subleasing or sharing of vendor space is permitted without prior approval.
Vendors must supply their own power, water, and equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk.
DFP and organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring before, during, or after the event.
Vendors are required to carry their own general liability insurance and provide proof if requested.
 
8. Enforcement
Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate removal from the event and disqualification from future DFP opportunities.
