Financial Assistance Exhibitor Application
About the registration
We believe in making our festival as accessible and inclusive as possible. To help reduce barriers and ensure diverse participation, we’re offering a limited number of financial assistance discounts for non-sponsor exhibitors. Eligible individuals, businesses, nonprofits, artists, and community organizations may request a 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% discount to help cover part or all of their booth or registration fees. Please complete this short application to provide background on your financial needs and how your participation in our festival will benefit your community, organization, or initiative. Each application will be reviewed carefully. If you are approved for a specific discount, you will be charged only the discounted amount once your application is approved. The discount applies solely to the booth or vendor space and does not cover additional items or services such as extra tables and chairs, electricity, pipe and drape, or other add-ons.
