About the application

This category is for food trucks, food carts, and vendors selling prepared food or beverages at PrideFest. Food Vendors may sell ready-to-eat meals, snacks, or non-alcoholic beverages to attendees. All Food Vendors must hold and provide proof of all required licenses, permits, and inspections as required by the City of Providence and the State of Rhode Island prior to the event. Food vendors needing tables and chairs must include those in their registration (not included). 

 

Notification Deadlines and Dates

  • Submission by February 28 – Notice sent by March 14
  • Submission by March 31 – Notice sent by April 14
  • Submission by April 30 – Notice sent by May 15
  • Waitlist begins May 1st - Notices sent by May 3

We will make every effort to review submissions and provide updates by the stated notification dates. We kindly ask that applicants do not contact our team regarding the status of their submission until after the applicable notification date has passed. If you have not been contacted by your appropriate notification date, please email vendor@prideri.com and a member from the team will get back to you.

About the event

PrideFest is a vibrant, day-long celebration that brings together community, culture, and pride in the heart of Rhode Island. Featuring live entertainment, community organizations, local businesses, food vendors, and more than 200 unique exhibitors, PrideFest creates a welcoming space for connection, expression, and joy. The celebration culminates with the Illuminated Night Parade, lighting up the streets with creativity, visibility, and pride. This year’s festival marks our 50th anniversary, honoring five decades of advocacy, visibility, and celebration while looking ahead to a future rooted in inclusion, equity, and pride. Terms & Conditions

A 3% platform fee will be applied to all approved registrations. Fees must be paid by debit or credit card, unless you are a nonprofit or government organization requiring special payment accommodations. All fees are charged only after applications are reviewed and approved; please refer to the notification schedule listed above for timing details.

 

The event will happen rain or shine. There is no rain date or postponement date.  This application does not guarantee participation and is subject to approval by Rhode Island Pride. Rhode Island Pride reserves the right to reject incomplete exhibitor applications or applications that do not reflect the mission and values of Rhode Island Pride.

EARLY BIRD: 10x15 Food Vendor Booth Space $450.00 Non-refundable Early bird registration ends on March 15, 2026. Food vendors are required to provide proof of all required licenses, permits, and inspections as required by the City of Providence and the State of Rhode Island prior to the event. Add 5-7' for Food Vendor $275.00 Non-refundable Add 5-7’ to your food vendor registration without needing to purchase an additional vendor space. **If your booth takes up more than 22', you will be required to add an additional booth space.**
RI Temporary Sales Permit $15.00 Non-refundable Required for anyone making sales that does not have a current RI Sale Permit.
Add 8’ Tables $15.00 Non-refundable Add additional tables to your order.
Add Folding Chairs $8.00 Non-refundable Include additional folding chairs to your order.
10x10 Pop-up Tent $195.00 Non-refundable Reserve a 10x10 pop-up tent for the event (limited quantity).
Trash Bin $30.00 Non-refundable Reserve a trash bin for the event.
30 lbs Bag of Ice $15.00 Non-refundable Reserve 30 lbs bags of ice for the event. No day of sales - we do not sell bags of ice that are not pre-reserved.
