Artist application

Welcome to the Olympic paranormal Psy -Fest please Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. We are looking for artists and crafters whos work fits our spooky supernatural theme!m

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. In this application you will be asked what type of artwork/craft you do as to allow us to view if your work fits with our event aswell as where you will be placed on the map, please check the boxes that fit the majority of your booth. Please keep in mind that this events applications are  juried so filling this out doesnt guarantee you a booth. 

EVENT RULES:

• Olympic Paranormal Psy-Fest does not allow or tolerate the sale of 

AI "art", Pornographic material, and racist or homophobic art. If any of these are found on your booth you will be asked to leave and not be allowed to send at future events.

• This event is juried, so in filling out this application you acknowledge that it does not guarantee a spot at this event. You will be reached out to at a later date after applications have closed with confirmation that you have been accepted rejected or wait listed.

•Vendors/Artists HAVE to provide their own tables/chairs,canopies  to participate in this event. 

•Canopies are required as vendors/Artists will be outdoors, canopies will also need to be weighted down NOT staked into the ground as we do not want damage to the event space.

•Tickets and booths are NON REFUNDABLE 

•Electricity is limited so thereby it is first come first serve 

•Olympic paranormal Psy-Fest has the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms and conditions. Psy-Fest is not responsible for damaged or stolen goods at our event!
