***Food vendors please apply on separate food vendor application***
Come celebrate the lavender harvest with us at The Lavender Apple Farm in Millville, Utah!
The Lavender Festival hours are:
Friday July 10, 2026 10am-9pm
Saturday July 11, 2026 10am-9pm
Set up will be Thursday July 9 more information to come.
Take down is July 11th after 9pm. We will have lighting so you can take down in the dark.
Please plan to stay the entire duration of the event.
Booth spaces are 10'x10' (canopy, electricity, table or chairs not provided). Booths will be set up near or around the perimeter of one of our lavender fields.
This market is a place for local artisans to sell their handmade items. This is a family friendly event, please no products with profane language, drug, alcohol or sexual references.
To be sure we have a variety of artisans, applications will be juried. The application deadline is March 13,2026. We will let you know by March 20, 2026 if you have been accepted to be a vendor in the market. We will have ~30 vendors.
Being a vendor in the past does not guarantee you will be accepted.
There will be a waiting list for duplicate category artisans in case of situations where the artisan cannot attend the market.
Once you are accepted into the market, the vendor fee is $325 and will be charged to your credit card on March 31, 2026. This is non-refundable after April 10, 2026. The fee is used to cover the cost of the wagon rides, the port-a-potties, the musicians and sound equipment, advertising, and parking attendants.
The lavender festival will be located at our lavender farm in Millville, Utah. We live at the end of a one lane private dirt road. There will be a place where you can bring your vehicle for set up and take down with parking nearby. We will be doing horse-drawn wagon rides for the guests. Because the road will be busy, we ask that you limit driving in and out as much as possible.
There will be food trucks and food vendors at the market if you want to purchase food there. Please do not sell food or drinks unless you are coming as a food vendor.
We will be marketing the festival with local flyers, signs, and on social media. We ask that you share and invite through your favorite platforms as well. The more we get the word out, the more successful the market will be! We expect about 10-12,000 people will attend the event.
Thank you!
