Welcome to the Hot Corner Festival 2026!  We are excited to announce that the festival will be a three-day event, culminating with the main festival celebration on June 13th! We appreciate your interest and participation. This is the Car & Bike Show Application, intended for individuals or groups showcasing cars, motorcycles, or other vehicles during the festival.

Please review the available application materials carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions. This agreement is completed electronically, and by proceeding, you acknowledge, validate, and approve the terms of this agreement in electronic form.

Please note, when completing the application put "N/A" for business name if it does not apply.

Car & Bike Show Participant Terms & Conditions

1. Application & Approval
   All car and bike show participants must submit a completed application by the stated deadline. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. The Festival Committee reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on space availability, type of vehicle, and overall event needs.
2. Vehicle Eligibility
   Vehicles must be in safe operating condition and legally registered. The show is open to cars, motorcycles, trucks, and specialty vehicles as approved by the Festival Committee. Certain vehicles may be restricted based on space, safety, or event guidelines.
3. Fees & Payment
   Participation fees, if applicable, must be paid in full by the designated deadline to secure a display spot. 
4. Setup & Display
   Participants must arrive during assigned setup times and have vehicles in place before the show begins. All vehicles must remain in their assigned display area until the conclusion of the festival unless otherwise approved by the Festival Committee.
5. Booth/Space Requirements
   Participants are responsible for any additional display materials, signage, or canopies. Vehicles must be displayed safely, with all cords, props, or displays secured to prevent hazards.
6. Safety & Conduct
   Participants are responsible for the safety of themselves, their vehicles, and attendees. Reckless driving, engine revving, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal. All participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
7. Liability & Insurance
   Participants may be required to provide proof of vehicle insurance. All participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the festival, its organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation.
8. Vehicle Operation
   Vehicles must not be operated in the show area except during designated entry and exit times. Participants must adhere to all staff instructions regarding movement and placement of vehicles.
9. Weather Policy
   The festival and show will take place rain or shine. Participants are responsible for protecting their vehicles and display materials from weather-related conditions.
10. Media Release
    By participating in the show, participants grant the Hot Corner Festival and the Hot Corner Association permission to photograph, record, and use images or videos of their vehicles for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. Cancellations & No-Shows
    Participants who fail to attend or cancel after the designated deadline forfeit any fees or deposits unless otherwise approved by the Festival Committee.

Agreement & Acceptance
By submitting an electronic application, participants acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions and accept this agreement electronically.
