Welcome to the Hot Corner Festival 2026! We are excited to announce that the festival will be a three-day event, culminating with the main festival celebration on June 13th! We appreciate your interest and participation. This is the Non-Profit Organization Application, intended for registered non-profit organizations seeking to engage with festival attendees through educational activities, community outreach, awareness campaigns, or other approved initiatives.
Please review the available application materials carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions. This agreement is completed electronically, and by proceeding, you acknowledge, validate, and approve the terms of this agreement in electronic form.
This is a rain or shine event. All fees are non-refunable.

Terms & Conditions
Non-Profit Organization Terms & Conditions:
- Application & Approval
All non-profit organizations must submit a completed application by the stated deadline. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. The Festival Committee reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on space availability, mission alignment, and overall festival needs. - Definition of Non-Profit Organization
A non-profit organization is defined as a registered 501(c)(3) or other recognized tax-exempt organization seeking to engage festival attendees through educational activities, community outreach, awareness campaigns, or other approved initiatives. - Fees & Payment
Participation fees, if applicable, must be paid in full by the designated deadline. Fees are non-refundable unless the festival is canceled by the organizers. - Booth Assignment & Setup
Booth locations are assigned by the Festival Committee. Non-profit representatives must arrive during assigned setup times and have their booth fully operational by the festival start time. Early breakdown or departure without prior approval is not permitted. - Booth Requirements
Non-profits are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, signage, tents, and any materials needed for their booth unless otherwise specified. Booths must be safely secured and maintained throughout the event. - Activities & Fundraising
Non-profits may engage attendees through educational activities, demonstrations, and fundraising, but all fundraising activities must be disclosed in advance and approved by the Festival Committee. Sales of items or solicitation for donations must comply with all festival rules and local regulations. - Licenses, Permits & Compliance
Organizations are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, including fundraising, raffle, or activity-specific permits, as required by local, state, or federal regulations. Copies of permits may be requested prior to the event and must be available on-site. - Insurance & Liability
Non-profits may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance. All participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the festival, its organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation. - Conduct & Professionalism
Representatives must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the festival without refund. - Health, Safety & Sanitation
Non-profits are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe booth area, including proper disposal of trash and materials. Any materials or activities that pose a safety risk may be restricted or prohibited. - Weather Policy
The festival will take place rain or shine. Non-profits are responsible for protecting their materials, displays, and equipment from weather-related conditions. - Media Release
By participating in the festival, non-profit organizations grant the Hot Corner Festival and the Hot Corner Association permission to photograph, record, and use images or videos of their booth or activities for promotional purposes without additional compensation. - Cancellations & No-Shows
Organizations that fail to attend or cancel after the designated deadline forfeit any fees or deposits unless otherwise approved by the Festival Committee.
Agreement & Acceptance
By submitting an electronic application, non-profit organizations acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions and accept this agreement electronically.
