Welcome to the Hot Corner Festival 2026! We are excited to announce that the festival will be a three-day event, culminating with the main festival celebration on June 13th! We appreciate your interest and participation. This is the Food Truck Vendor Application, intended for mobile food vendors offering prepared food and beverages for on-site consumption.
Please review the available application materials carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions. This agreement is completed electronically, and by proceeding, you acknowledge, validate, and approve the terms of this agreement in electronic form.
This is a rain or shine event. All fees are non-refunable.

Food Truck Vendor Terms & Conditions
- Application & Approval
All food truck vendors must submit a completed application by the stated deadline. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Festival Committee reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on menu type, space availability, and overall event needs. - Vendor Definition
A food truck vendor is defined as a licensed, mobile food service operation operating from a self-contained truck or trailer offering prepared food and/or beverages for on-site consumption. - Fees & Payment
All vendor fees must be paid in full by the designated deadline to secure participation. Fees are non-refundable unless the festival is canceled by the organizers. - Licenses, Permits & Compliance
Food truck vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. Required documentation may include, but is not limited to: 1) Current health department permit
2) Mobile food service license 3) Business license 4) Fire inspection/permit (if applicable)
5) Copies of all required permits may be requested prior to the event and must be available on-site.
5. Insurance
Vendors may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance naming the festival, organizers, and/or the Hot Corner Association as additionally insured.
6. Menu Approval
All menu items and pricing must be listed on the application and approved in advance. Unauthorized menu changes are not permitted. The Festival Committee reserves the right to limit duplicate menu offerings.
7. Setup, Arrival & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive during assigned load-in times and be fully operational by the festival start time. Early departure or breakdown before the conclusion of the event is not permitted without prior approval.
8. Truck Placement & Space Use
Food truck placement is assigned by the Festival Committee. Vendors must operate strictly within their assigned space and may not extend service areas without approval.
9. Power, Water & Utilities
Food trucks must be fully self-contained unless otherwise approved. The festival does not guarantee access to electrical power or water.
10. Fire & Cooking Safety
All cooking equipment, generators, propane tanks, and open flames must comply with fire codes. A working fire extinguisher is required in each food truck.
11. Health, Safety & Sanitation
Vendors must maintain safe food handling practices, proper temperature control, and clean work areas at all times. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.
12. Waste, Grease & Water Disposal
Vendors are responsible for proper disposal of trash, grease, and wastewater. Dumping on festival grounds or into storm drains is strictly prohibited.
13. Weather Policy
The festival will take place rain or shine. Vendors are responsible for protecting equipment, vehicles, and inventory from weather-related conditions.
14. Indemnification & Liability
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the festival, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation.
15. Code of Conduct
Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and comply with all festival rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws. Disorderly or unsafe behavior may result in removal.
Agreement & Acceptance
By submitting an electronic application, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions and accept this agreement electronically.
