Welcome to the Hot Corner Festival 2026! We are excited to announce that the festival will be a three-day event, culminating with the main festival celebration on June 13th! We appreciate your interest and participation. This is the Retail Vendor Application, intended for businesses or individuals selling non-food merchandise such as handmade goods, apparel, accessories, art, beauty products, home décor, and other specialty items.
Please review the available application materials carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions. This agreement is completed electronically, and by proceeding, you acknowledge, validate, and approve the terms of this agreement in electronic form.
This is a rain or shine event. All fees are non-refunable.

Retail Vendor Terms & Conditions
- Application & Acceptance
All retail vendors must submit a completed application by the stated deadline. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. The Festival Committee reserves the right to accept or reject applications based on product type, space availability, and overall event balance. - Vendor Definition
A retail vendor is defined as a business or individual selling non-food items, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, handmade goods, artwork, beauty products, home décor, books, and specialty merchandise. - Fees & Payment
All vendor fees must be paid in full by the designated deadline to secure participation. This is a rain or shine event and fees are non-refundable. - Booth Assignment
Booth locations are assigned at the discretion of the Festival Committee. Requests for specific locations may be considered but are not guaranteed. - Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive during assigned setup times and have booths fully set up prior to the festival opening. Early breakdown or departure before the event concludes is not permitted without prior approval. - Booth Requirements
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, and any necessary equipment unless otherwise stated. All tents must be properly weighted and meet safety standards. - Merchandise Approval
All products offered for sale must be listed on the application and approved in advance. The sale of unapproved or prohibited items is not permitted. The festival reserves the right to limit duplicate merchandise. - Licenses & Permits
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required business licenses, sales tax certificates, and permits. Copies of documentation may be requested prior to the event and must be available on-site. - Insurance & Liability
Vendors may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance. Vendors agree to hold harmless the festival, its organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any claims arising from their participation. - Conduct & Compliance
Vendors must conduct business in a professional and respectful manner and comply with all festival rules, staff instructions, and local regulations. - Safety & Cleanliness
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe booth area at all times. Trash must be disposed of properly and booths left in good condition. - Sales & Transactions
Vendors are responsible for all sales, transactions, pricing, and payment processing. The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise. - Weather Policy
The festival will take place rain or shine. Vendors are responsible for protecting their merchandise and equipment from weather conditions. - Cancellations & No-Shows
Vendors who fail to attend or cancel after the deadline forfeit all fees unless otherwise stated by the Festival Committee.
Agreement & Acceptance
By submitting an electronic application, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions and accept this agreement electronically.
