Terms & Conditions
The undersigned does hereby release, forever discharge, and hold harmless the Downtown Newton Development Association, City of Newton, and their respective staff and volunteers, of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any loss or damage to property of the undersigned while in the possession or under the supervision of the market, its agents, representatives, or employees.
The undersigned confirms they have read and understand the Vendor Guidelines for Newton Farmers Market and consents to uphold all market rules. The undersigned understands that if they, or anyone in their group, fails to follow these guidelines they will forfeit their booth space, application fee, and admittance to future events.
The undersigned gives permission for photos and descriptions of products/work submitted in support of this application to be used for promotional purposes and agrees to participate in social media groups for marketing purposes.

- I acknowledge that, if accepted, I will be required to submit an estimated monthly sales report to the Market Manager/DNDA staff. This information will be used in aggregate to support Market sponsorships and grant funding efforts.
- I acknowledge that I, as the vendor, am responsible for paying all NC Sales Tax related to my participation in the Market.
