2026 Food Carnival Tent-Setup Vendor Application

If you are a food vendor selling from a tent than this is the application you fill out.

Please include all food & drink items you will be selling at the festival. We will have 28 food vendors spots available serving 9 blocks and 15,000 attendees. We try to limit duplicated food, but it near impossible, however we pride ourselves on having 4 food districts and not having duplication in the same area. 

It is STRONGLY encouraged that you include pictures of your booth set-up.

Also, power is very limited and can be a factor on admission if you need it and all those spots are filled, so using a generator (especially a quiet generator) is encoraged.

Applications will be accepted until June 1, 2026. The NC Cotton Festival will take place in Downtown Dunn, NC from 10:00AM - 4:00PM on Saturday, November 7, 2026. Load in times will be communiated to you through eventeny and will be based on booth location. 

1. Have listed ALL items you will be selling the day of the festival. If you are selling items the day of the festival you did not list, you WILL be asked to LEAVE with NO REFUND.
2. Understand you are to remain in your booth at ALL times to sell your products. You will not be allowed to walk around handing out promotional items, including political candidates.

3. NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED TO SOLD AT THE FESTIVAL.
4. Understand you are prohibited from packing up and leaving early. You cannot pack up until 4:00PM. Violators will NOT be permitted into future events.
5. * FOOD VENDORS * Understand trailers are NOT permitted to be attached to vehicles for the festival.

6. * FOOD VENDORS * Understand you must have a fire extinguisher in your booth at all times. The festival will limit duplicated food, please send in your applications as soon as possible. 

7.* FOOD VENDORS * MUST have Harnett County & City of Dunn permits to serve and MUST notify Harnett County 3 weeks prior to the event that you will be serving in this festival. 

8. If your application is approved and payment is submitted and you are unable to attend the event no refunds will be issued.
