Produce Vendor Application
The Market on Kern Farmers Market is committed to supporting local farmers and growers! If you produce fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, honey, dairy, or other farm-grown products, we invite you to apply for a vendor space.
Requirements:
- Must be a local grower or producer (resale of produce is not permitted).
- Vendors must comply with all local and state agricultural regulations.
- Organic and sustainable growing practices are highly encouraged.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup and display materials.

Produce Vendor Terms & Conditions
Product Eligibility
Vendors must grow, harvest, or produce their own goods. Resale of produce is strictly prohibited.
Organic or sustainable farming practices are highly encouraged.
Compliance & Permits
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal agricultural regulations.
All products must be properly labeled according to food safety guidelines.
Setup & Market Operations
Vendors must arrive on time and complete their setup before the market opens.
Booths must be maintained in a clean and organized manner throughout the event.
Sales & Payment
No refunds will be provided for cancellations unless initiated by market management.
All stall fees must be paid at the end of each market day
Liability & Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, products, and business operations.
The market is not liable for any lost or damaged goods.

| Application fees | $10.00 | Non-refundable | This is a one-time, non-refundable application fee, if you are approved as a vendor, it will be put towards your Membership fee. |
| Membership Fee | $40.00 | Non-refundable | One time membership fee. All Market Vendor participants must pay. (Amount reduced by $10 and applied to the application fee). |
| Single booth | $20.00 | Non-refundable | Weekly booth occupancy cost, for a single booth (10x10) collected in cash only. Can and will be prorated for EBT/market match payouts. |
| Double booth | $40.00 | Non-refundable | Weekly booth occupancy cost, for a 10x20 booth collected in cash only. Can and will be prorated for EBT/market match payouts. |
